Anorgasmia is a very common symptom. According to different studies, it concerns more than 30% of women. It is much less common in men, yet some men manage to have ejaculations, but do not experience any pleasure during these ejaculations.

Coital anorgasmia is the inability to achieve orgasm during intercourse.

Other forms of anorgasmia concern all sexual activities, masturbation included.

Sexual anhedonia always causes anorgamia.

Treatment
